We’ll give you an inside look from the corporate office to warehouse floor.
The audit will be performed by a JCM Staff member and will provide the following information as requested:
- JCM shall perform a thorough test count (based on dollar volume), and shall provide the lender with written results and photographs of the items and areas counted.
- JCM shall perform a cost test on major items by category group, based on our independent selection of SKU’s. JCM shall provide written results to the lender along with a discussion of any variances and findings.
- JCM shall perform an independent gross margin test on major items by category group, based on our independent selection of SKU’s and validation of gross margin using Company provided invoices which shall be requested while on site. JCM shall provide written results to the lender which shall be included with the above.
The scope of each engagement will include a site visit to the Corporate office and appropriate warehouses.
